What if my pet doesn't wear a collar?+
Honestly, this product won't help much then. We'd suggest a slim everyday collar specifically for the tag.
What if the tag gets scratched or lost?+
QR codes have built-in error correction. If you genuinely lose the tag, email us; we'll send a replacement for shipping cost only.
Can I get one for each of my pets?+
